About
Built next to the work, not above it
Franexis wasn't designed from analyst reports. It was shaped alongside a working property-restoration franchise — every module exists because a real network needed it on a real job.
Franchise software has historically made an ugly trade: franchisors got reporting tools with no operational depth, while franchisees got whatever point solutions they could afford — and the network's data lived in neither. Franexis was built to end that trade. One platform, one data model, three altitudes: the franchisor's pane of glass, the franchisee's daily operations, and the technician's phone.
Franexis is built and operated by TetraCore, a software studio in Bowling Green, Ohio that builds and runs a portfolio of SaaS products. That structure matters: Franexis isn't a venture bet chasing an exit — it's an operated product with a parent company whose name is on the door.
How we build
Principles that show up in the product
- Isolation belongs in the database — row-level security, not UI promises
- The server is the source of truth; the client is an affordance
- Documentation is data, not attachments — structured readings beat scanned binders
- Migration is a product feature, not a services invoice
- Your data stays yours: open API, webhooks, exports
