CRM & Lead Intake questions
What is FNOL intake, and do we need it?
FNOL (First Notice of Loss) is the initial report of an insurance claim, used in trades like property restoration. Franexis can capture FNOL fields — claim number, policy number, carrier, deductible, date of loss — directly on the lead. Franchises outside insurance-driven work simply don't use those fields; standard intake covers them.
Can each franchisee customize their pipeline?
Pipeline stages are managed per tenant, and franchisee owners and managers can manage their own lead sources. Lead scoring and routing rules are configurable in settings.
Does Franexis replace our generic CRM?
For franchise field-service operations, yes — leads, contacts, activities, sequences, quotes, and the handoff to production all live in one system, scoped per location.
